Who can do it?


Private Yoga sessions are for everybody; male and female, young and old, beginners and advanced yoga practitioners.

Therapeutic yoga can be for people with special conditions, imbalances and diseases.

Where can the class happen?


The class can happen at your home, which gives a great opportunity to stay in the relaxed mood afterwards.In this way we can find a good spot at home to practise on your own.

It is also possible to have the class at Yogaschool Noord.

Or you can have a yoga class at your work place at any time, before/after work or even in your lunch break.

Sharing is caring, creat your own group...


Maybe your are already an enthusiastic yogi and want to share your passion with your friends. Just gather a small group of friends to meet up regulary. Or have an active get together to celebrate a Birthday, Anniversary, Bachelor or Bachelorette party for a one time group lesson.

What tools do I need?


I will bring everything needed for a yoga class, including mats, belts, blocks and meditation pillows.



How many times should we meet?


It is ideal to schedule a weekly or bi-weekly for a certain period of time, depending on your goals and wishes. It can take from a couple of weeks over several month. This allows to reach your goals and address any deeper issues that may arise. However, a customized program can be created that correlates with your schedule.
