Therapeutic yoga is a beautiful form of therapy which supports the human being in its own physical, mental and emotional recovery process from injuries and illness.

Nowadays yoga therapy is more known for performing the yoga exercise aligned and using props. But medical scientific studies show that yoga helps for musculoskeletal, hormonal, digestive and psychological dysbalances such as insomnia, anxiety, menopause, digestive problems, and osteoporosis.


The first 90 minute yoga session will include an intensive intake and a yoga session with some yoga postures and breathing exercises. After the intake you will receive a personal yoga program designed for you. 

This individual program includes yoga exercises, breath work, relaxation and guided meditations. More gentile and resorative yoga practice will balance the autonomic nervous system to reduce stress and bring the body back into balance. Other poses will work on strenghtening the body and spirit to gain full recovery.


Further session can vary between 60 and 90 minutes. Sessions can be given at home, your office or a cooperating yoga studio.
